Directors Bay is a beautiful spot with lots of variety, depending if you go left or right. Be careful if you go right towards Tugboat, there's a current in that direction, so make sure you take note and turn back early. Also, cars are very often broken into here. If possible leave no valuables in the car and leave it unlocked. Best to go with one of the many dive schools like Curious2Dive or the Divebus which visit this spot regularly.
Be sure to bring along some bread or other leftover food to feed the fish. They are used to being fed here by tourists snorkeling with Bounty Adventures and other boats, and will enthusiastically eat anything you drop in the water.
Seldom reef is a boat only dive. You can join Diveversity from Blue Bay which do occasional boat trips to this reef in combination with a dive in Bullenbaai itself. Seldom reef is called 'seldom' because it is seldom visited by divers. It's a very nice steep wall, with lots of diversity of fish and coral.
Playa Lagun is an awesome site for diving and snorkeling. Leaving the bay you can either go right or left, follow the reef at depth, then swim towards shore (take some compass readings, the dropoff isn't steep enough to navigate easily with) and finish off the dive along the cliffs and back into the lagoon.
Mushroom forest is a very nice dive site. Can only be reached by boat from Playa Santa Cruz, where Captain Goodlife can take you to the reef, drop you there, and then will pick you up 50 minutes later (or any time you want). There is lots of undeep (10m) parts of the reef which are great to explore with good sunlight for pictures.
